Pricing & Service FAQs
How is the price for Wash & Fold service calculated?
Pricing is based on the dry weight of your laundry, charged by the pound. Every order is weighed at our facility for accuracy. Each location has a fixed minimum order weight.
Are there extra charges for late pick-ups?
Orders should be picked up within 48 hours of completion. Orders left beyond that period may be subject to a small daily storage fee.
Do I need to separate my clothes?
No. Just let the attendant know your preferences. If certain items need special attention, please separate and label them before drop-off.
What is included in the base price?
The base price includes sorting, washing with premium detergent, machine drying, expert folding, and standard sanitization procedures.
Can I bring my own soap?
Yes. You can bring your own soap, and you may also store it at the store for future use.
